Established in 1968 by Daniel Guggenheim, our firm has gained in more than fifty years of experience a solid reputation in the field of Contract Law and more specifically in Banking Law. In 2014, Daniel and Anath Guggenheim published the fifth edition of the book "Les contrats de la pratique bancaire suisse" (Stämpfli Éditions SA), which became within fourty years a reference in Swiss Banking Law. Anath Guggenheim is currently working on the sixth edition in collaboration with Fabien Liégeois, lawyer, Doctor in Law and qualified tax specialist.
